There is no shortage of innovation in the cleaning sector. Walk through any major contract, speak to any forward-thinking operator, and you will find companies developing
new service models, adopting technology that transforms how work gets done, building training programmes that genuinely change careers, and taking sustainability seriously long before it became a boardroom priority.
The CSSA Innovation Showcase exists to put that work in the spotlight – and in 2027, it returns bigger and more visible than ever.
Now open for entries, the CSSA Innovation Showcase 2027 invites organisations of all sizes to put forward their most impactful work across five categories: Service Model Innovation, Technology and Digital, Training and Workforce, Social Impact, and Green Innovation.
Whether you are a large contractor with a nationally scaled programme or a smaller operator with a genuinely original idea, there is a category for the work you are doing.
Entries will be judged by a panel of recognised industry leaders – with more judges to be announced in the coming months. The judging process is rigorous, but the bar is clear: demonstrate genuine impact, and you are in with a strong chance.
For winners, the recognition goes well beyond a certificate. All 2027 showcase winners will be invited to exhibit at the CSSA stand at the London Cleaning Show, taking place at ExCeL London from 16 to 18 March 2027 – one of the most attended events in the industry calendar. Winners will also be formally recognised at the Metsa 2027 Sustainability Awards.
This is the kind of visibility that opens doors – with clients, with partners, and with the wider industry.
