CIEH Pest Control Conference: Safeguarding Public Health – 4 December

 

 

 

The CIEH Pest Control Conference, organised in partnership with the British Pest Control Association, aims to gather pest control professionals and experts to debate the latest legislative guidance and practical tools available, as well as discuss new risks and challenges from Non-Native Species, including Asian Hornets.

Confirmed conference topics include:

  • Rat and Mouse Control Procedures- A practical guide for Pest Control Technicians working in urban environments
  • NEW General Licenses for Wild Bird control and the implications for LA’s
  • Update on the threats from Non-Native Species – including Asian Hornets

 

Conference speakers include:

  • Bob Mayho, Chairman of the National Pest Advisory Panel
  • Niall Moore, secretary to the Non-Native Species Secretariat
  • Paul Charlson, Principal Author, National Pests Advisory Panel
  • Kevin Higgins, British Pest Control Association
