Record Numbers Now In CHSA Accreditation Schemes

With more and more buyers specifying membership of the relevant CHSA Accreditation Scheme or products that conform to the standards in their tenders, membership of the Schemes continues to increase.

Today there are more members of the Manufacturing Standards Accreditation Schemes for Soft Tissue, Plastic Refuse Sacks and Industrial Cotton Mops than ever before.  All the major manufacturers of these products and other Members represent  between 80-90% of the market in these 3 Product sectors

Launched on the back of this success in January this year, the Accredited Distributor Scheme already has 134 members.

“We are delighted membership of the Schemes is growing,” said Mike Stubbs, Chairman of the Panels governing the Accreditation Schemes.  “It’s being driven by the increasing numbers of buyers specifying Scheme membership or products that conform to the standards.

“We are working hard to spread the word about the Schemes amongst procurers of cleaning and hygiene products through a wide range of marketing and promotional activities.  They are hearing the message and increasingly turning to the Accreditation Schemes to be certain ‘what’s on the box is what’s in the box’.”
