CHSA Golf Day Raises £6,500 For Charity

The Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers’ Association’s (CHSA) annual Golf Day, which took place in Oulton Hall, Yorkshire this month, raised a record breaking £6,500 for the Chairman’s charity, Helping Treat Cancer Together.

The evening dinner was hosted by BBC TV’s Dan Walker and its fund raising credentials attracted former Premier League and England footballer, Ian Wright.

Guests were treated to a Question and Answer session packed with great anecdotes, the host of Football Focus, Dan Walker, putting his own and the audience’s questions to Ian Wright. Guests also got Ian Wright’s predictions for the Premier League this season.

“Our Golf Day is always a popular fixture,” said Shaun Chatterton, CHSA Council Member and the driving force behind the Golf Day. “With the added treat of Ian Wright on the course and giving his time for the Q&A, and Dan’s skillful and very entertaining handling of the day, it’s no wonder many said it was the best ever!”
